Kulur, April 17: The Maundy Thursday ceremony was observed with great devotion and solemnity at St Antony Church, Kulur. The Holy Eucharist was presided over by Fr Arun J Mendonca, Head Master of Kulur High School.The Parish Priest, Rev Fr Victor Vijay Lobo, delivered a thought-provoking homily during the service. Emphasizing the significance of the day, he reminded the faithful of the selfless love and humility demonstrated by Jesus. “Jesus lived what he preached—his life itself is an example for us to follow,” Fr Lobo said, calling upon the congregation to embody these virtues in their daily lives.Following the Eucharistic celebration, Fr Victor Vijay Lobo led the Adoration, guiding the faithful into a time of silent reflection and prayer.A large number of parishioners participated in the liturgical service, marking the beginning of the Paschal Triduum with reverence and devotion.
